For this part of my coursework, I had
to get into a group of 3 people and come up with 5 questions in order to
interview a few people.
The 5 questions were:
- What do you think will occur between the 21st and 23rd of December 2012, bearing in mind the 2012 phenomenon?
- Who do you think is the best premier league signing this season?
- Why do you think he’s the best premier league signing?
- Do you think Roberto Di Matteo’s sacking at Chelsea was hard or do you think he deserved to go?
- Do you think GTA5 is going to be the game of the year before it’s even out?
After that, I went to get a portable
recorder, a video camera, a microphone, headphones and a tri-pod. Once we had
the equipment, we interviewed 3 people. I recorded 2 people on the camera,
while the other people in my group recorded another person on the camera and
recorded the interviewees voices using the microphone and the portable
recorder.
Once that was done, I imported the
files onto the computer and started to edit them, making sure that each part was in the correct places. I also cut out some parts which wasn't needed. After that, I imported the file and uploaded it to Youtube, then onto my blog.
The next part of this coursework was to import the video files to Pro Tools. I then had to cut down each part of when someone talks and put it into a separate part. When doing this, I listened to when 1 person was speaking, then I cut their part and kept doing that for each person.
Once that was done, I went to the mixer and made sure that all the sounds were at the right level of where I wanted it to be. When that was complete, I bounced the files, then I imported the files back to Final Cut Pro and added an appropriate soundtrack to it. After that, I made sure that everything in the video was fine and once I saw that everything was complete, I exported the files to youtube and uploaded the video onto my blog.
